Die 65qm große Wohnung besteht aus zwei Zimmern zu jeweils 20qm, eine Küche und ein Badezimmer mit Wanne. Dir würde eines der Zimmer gehören :)
Vor einigen Monaten habe ich die Wohnung mit einem komplett saniertem Bad gemietet und selbst weitere Renovierungen vorgenommen oder in Auftrag gegeben, wie einen neuen Küchenboden samt neue Küche und neue Tapeten für alle Räume.
Bis auf einige Kleinigkeiten sind die Renovierungen bald abgeschlossen.

The 65qm apartment consists of two rooms of 20qm each, a kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub. One of the rooms would be yours :)
A few months ago I rented the apartment with a completely renovated bathroom and carried out or commissioned further renovations, such as a new kitchen floor including a new kitchen and new wallpaper for all rooms.
Apart from a few minor details, the renovations will soon be completed.
Trotz der Erdgeschosslage der Wohnung, laufen ab und zu nur Personen vorbei, die im gleichen Wohnkomplex wohnen, da die Straße nicht zur Hauptstraße rauszeigt.
Leider muss erwähnt werden, dass der Bezirk und vor allem die Lage bekanntlicherweise nicht die Sauberste in Berlin entspricht, vor allem durch die Nähe zur Sbahn Station.
Die S-Bahn Station ist vom Zimmer aus zu hören, sobald das Fenster im Zimmer offen ist. Dafür ist die S und Ubahn Hermannstraße innerhalb einer Minute Fußweg direkt erreichbar.
Verkehrsanbindung daher perfekt :)

Despite the apartment being on the ground floor, only people who live in the same residential complex walk past from time to time, as the street does not face the main road.
Unfortunately, it must be mentioned that the district and especially the location are notoriously not the cleanest in Berlin, especially due to the proximity to the S-Bahn station.
The S-Bahn station can be heard from the room as soon as the window is open. However, the S and U-Bahn Hermannstraße can be reached within a minute walk.
Transport connections are therefore perfect :)
Da ich demnächst auch offiziel einziehe, freue ich mich diese Wohnung mit dir teilen zu dürfen :)
Ich bringe WG Erfahrungen mit aus meinen inzwischen fünf Jahre Berlin.
Kurz zu mir als Person:
Generell würde ich mich als tiefgründig, offen und detailverliebt bezeichnen. Du wirst mich meistens mit einem Lächeln sehen.
Ich interessere mich für Persönlichkeitsentwicklung und bin neben meiner Arbeit, entweder bei meinem Partner, unterwegs mit Freunden oder probiere neue Sportarten aus mit Urban Sports.
Ursprünglich komme ich aus Stuttgart und arbeite bei der Deutschen Rentenversicherung. Obwohl mein Job recht kondervativ ist, ist mein verrückter internationaler Freundeskreis ein guter Ausgleich hierfür und spigelt auch mehr meine Persönlichkeit wider. Bin jederzeit offen für jegliche Art von Kultur-/Ess- und Baraktivitäten.
Dadurch dass ich Vollzeit arbeite, sollte ein gewisses Maß an Nähe-Distanz unter der Woche vorhanden sein, damit auch meine introvertierte Seite gesättigt werden kann. Allerdings ist mir ein gemeinsames WG Leben wichtig, wo wir harmonieren, gemeinsame Dinge unternehmen und die Chemie stimmen sollte :)
Ansonsten das Übliche, Sauberkeit, eine offene Kommunikation und liebend gerne Nachhaltigkeit.
Dadurch, dass wir beide neu einziehen, können wir gemeinsam die Wohnung nach unseren Vorstellungen gestalten und die Räume mit Leben füllen.
Schreibe mir gerne, wie du dich selbst beschreiben würdest, wie du dir das WG Leben vorstellst und was für dich die drei wichtigsten Eigenschaften an deine Mitmenschen sind.

Since I'm officially moving in soon, I'm happy to be able to share this apartment with you :)
I have experience of shared flats from my five years in Berlin.
A bit about myself:
In general, I would describe myself as deep, open and detail-loving. You'll usually see me with a smile.
I'm interested in personal development and, in addition to my work, I'm either with my partner, out with friends or trying out new sports with Urban Sports.
I'm originally from Stuttgart and work for the German pension insurance. Although my job is quite conservative, my crazy international circle of friends is a good balance for this and also reflects my personality more. I'm always open to all kinds of cultural/food and bar activities.
Because I work full-time, there should be a certain degree of closeness and distance during the week so that my introverted side can also be satisfied. However, it is important to me to live in a shared flat, where we harmonize, do things together and the chemistry should be right :)
Besides that, the usual stuff like cleanliness, open communication and, if possible, sustainability.
Because we are both new to the flat, we can design the flat together according to our ideas and fill the rooms with life.
