Large and bright, fully furnished room available to rent while I'm out of town. Ideal for anyone visiting Berlin.
The apartment has a large kitchen, a bathroom and two bedrooms. The available room faces onto the street, although we are on the top floor so the noise is minimal and when closed, the window also blocks out noise entirely. The room has a bed, a a table and a couch. The apartment is very quiet and comfortable.
The apartment is very close to the canal and right on the border between Kreuzberg and Neukölln. Numerous transport connections right on your doorstep, and every kind of possible amenity as soon as you leave the front door. Great bars and restaurants in the neighborhood, and all within walking distance.
You'll be living with my flatmate, Cheyenne. We have 2 cats in the apartment who mostly keep themselves to themselves but its important that you're OK with that nonetheless. We keep the apartment relaxed and calm so we would naturally value someone maintaining that atmosphere. No special rules for the apartment, just the basics - keep it clean and tidy and respectful.
Great base to get to know or explore the city from. We can provide any tips or recommendations as required.
