Hello i am Cosan, 31 years old , architect, subletting my room in neukolln. You will be sharing the flat with Marc(german) and Antoine(brazilian-swiss). Marc is doing his Masters in Chemistry and Antoine is a curator. They both work full time. They are clean , kind and lovely people. The flat is renovated and has floor heating. I will be travelling to Turkey those weeks thats why i am renting my room. Please dont hesitate for more questions:)
the flat is 2 min away from bus station and 5 min away fom rathaus neukolln, there are so many bars and restaurants around :)
it is a queer wg, generally everyone is in their business, Marc comes to flat 1-2 days in a week so you will be mainly with Antoine.
