Dein Zimmer geht zum Innenhof und ist deswegen etwas leiser als die Zimmer zur Straße. Da wir neu einziehen ist das Zimmer unmöbliert. Ggf. können wir etwas aushelfen mit Möbeln aus unseren alten Wohnungen, aber das sollten wir am besten persönlich klären. Es gibt zudem eine Küche mit kleinem Esstisch, Badezimmer mit Wanne, eine extra Gästetoilette und ein gemeinsames Wohnzimmer.
Your room faces the inner courtyard and is therefore a little quieter than the rooms facing the street. As we are moving in, the room is unfurnished. We may be able to help out with some furniture from our old apartments, but it would be best to discuss this in person. There is also a kitchen with a small dining table, a bathroom with a bathtub, an extra guest toilet and a shared living room.

Wir drei kennen uns bereits einige Jahre, und wollen auf jeden Fall eine familiäre WG. Eine WG, die ein gemütlicher Rückzugsort vom turbulenten Stadtleben ist, wo man sich wohlfühlt, aber auch immer bei den anderen anklopfen kann. Wir möchten zusammen kochen, essen und viel Freizeit miteinander verbringen.
Unsere Hobbies sind breit gestreut. Teils sind wir sportlich unterwegs (Radfahren, Volleyball, Rudern, Klettern, Skifahren etc.), teils musikalisch und gehen gern auf Konzerte/Festivals oder in die diversen Clubs.
Zwei von uns arbeiten ganz klassisch Montag bis Freitag, einer studiert im Master und arbeitet nebenher.

The three of us have known each other for a few years and definitely want a comfy shared flat. A flat share that is a cozy retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life, where you feel comfortable, and can always knock on each other's doors. We want to cook together, eat together and spend a lot of free time together.
We have a wide range of hobbies. Some of us are sporty (cycling, volleyball, rowing, climbing, skiing, etc.), others are musical and we like to go to concerts/festivals or various clubs.
Two of us work traditional Monday to Friday hours, one of us is studying for a Master's degree and works part-time.
We are looking for someone our age (28-35)
Da wir alles neu einrichten, wäre es cool, wenn du dich an den Kosten dafür beteiligen würdest. Einiges werden wir mitbringen, aber ein paar Sachen müssen wir zusammen neu dazukaufen.
Die genauen Maße kennen wir ab dem 20. September, daher ist die angegebene Miete eine Schätzung, aber sollte ungefähr hinkommen.
Es gibt zwei Hauptmieter und zwei Untermieter, was mit der Hausverwaltung so abgesprochen ist. Eine Anmeldung ist daher möglich. Wir haben eine gemeinsame Hausratversicherung abgeschlossen, in die du eintreten solltest.
Wir sind ab dem 25.09. alle drei in Berlin, weshalb wir uns am liebsten in den darauffolgenden 3-4 Tagen mit potentiellen Mitbewohner*innen treffen wollen. Ggf. wäre auch ein Einzug zum 15.10. möglich, da wir auch wissen, dass das alles etwas knapp ist.

As we are furnishing everything from scratch, it would be cool if you could contribute to the costs. We will bring some things with us, but we will have to buy a few things together.
We will know the exact measurements from September 20th, so the rent is an estimate, but should be about right.
There are two main tenants and two subtenants, which has been agreed with the property management. Registration is therefore possible. We have taken out joint household contents insurance, which you should take out.
All three of us will be in Berlin from September 25th, which is why we would like to meet potential flatmates in the following 3-4 days. It might also be possible to move in on 15.10., as we also know that everything is a bit tight.
The three of us are Eric, Lukas and Karin. If you have read this far, write to us with our names instead of Karl :) and tell us your favorite band or album, we are curious! :)
