Hey y'all! 👋
I (Anna) am offering my room (on short notice, I know 😅) until mid/late October since I need to visit home for a while .
the room is about 15m² , it has its own private toilet, and there is of course another bathroom in the flat with a bathtub. There is also a built in closet where there's also some space for you 😊
I am looking asap to sublet my room for this period, it's a nice cozy place, ideal for somebody who just visits Berlin, studies, or in any way is interested to stay for a short time.
The location is very convenient with very good connection, in the neighborhood of Schillerkiez. it's only 5 min walk from U8 Leinestraße and Boddinstraße , another 15 min walk to U7 Karl-Marx-Str, 15 min walk from S-Bahn Hermannstraße and there is a also a bus stop on the next street.
There are several späti in the area, one right next to the building, several grocery stores and markets to choose from , cafés, bars and cinemas, and basically everything you will need for your day to day life. And of course there are also Tempelhofer Feld and Hasenheide nearby.
You will live with 3 other beautiful people, Noor, Fabi and Abril. They are very chill and wonderful. they work most of the time ,so the vibe is quiet and calm, since summer is at its end, but when they are done from work, there are times of gathering in the kitchen, for some music, wine, food and acoustic sessions 😀. They are open minded and welcoming folks 😄 We each speak a different language, but we mostly communicate in English since Abril doesn't speak German and I am still at beginner's level.
