Wir vermieten ein Gästezimmer in unserer 125 qm großen Altbauwohnung. Die Küche und das Badezimmer stehen zur Mitbenutzung offen, der Wohnbereich nur nach Absprache. Da wir oft ganze Wochen oder Monate nicht da sind, wird ein reifer und vertrauensvoller Umgang mit der Wohnung vorausgesetzt.
Das Zimmer wird ausschließlich an Berufstätige Personen für maximal vier Monate vermietet. Wir freuen uns über aussagekräftige Anfragen.

We rent a guest room in our 125 square metre old building apartment. The kitchen and bathroom are open for shared use, the living area only by arrangement. Because we are often not there for whole weeks or months, a mature and trusting handling of the apartment is required.
The room is rented exclusively to working people for a maximum of four months. We look forward to receiving meaningful inquiries.
