Bei der Wohnung handelt es sich generell um eine neu sanierte Altbauwohnung mit zwei Zimmern. Die Wohnung ist komplett eingerichtet und verfügt über eine Abstellkammer, Badewanne + Balkon.

The apartment itself is a newly renovated old building with two rooms. It is fully equipped and features a storage room, a bathtub, and a balcony.
Die Wohnung befindet sich nicht weit entfernt von der Ringbahn sowie der U8 (Hermannstr) und ist mit dem Fahrrad in unter 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Ganz in der Nähe gibt es Lidl und Rewe und Spätis / Bäckereien.
Die Lage ist ziemlich ruhig und entspannt, direkt am Teltow Kanal. Der M44 sowie der M46 sind fußläufig zu erreichen.

The apartment is located not far from the Ringbahn and the U8 (Hermannstrasse) and can be reached by bike in under 10 minutes. There are Lidl, Rewe, and late-night shops/bakeries nearby. The area is quite calm and relaxed, situated right by the Teltow Canal. The M44 and M46 buses are within walking distance.
Wir führen ein sehr harmonisches und vertrautes WG Leben und würden uns wünschen, dass die Nachfolgerin ebenfalls offen für ein gemeinsames Zusammenleben ist, insbesondere weil es sich um eine kleine WG handelt.🪷
Wir legen viel Wert auf Sauberkeit und lieben eine Wohnung, in der wir uns wohlfühlen können.✨
