IMPORTANT: Though I have an unlimited contract the landlord says they want to come back end of 2025. There is also a possibility this won't happen (they previously said they wanted to come back end of this year and that didn't happen) but just wanted to be totally transparent.
About the apartment:

- 5 rooms + large kitchen/dining room

About the split:
- my half has 3 rooms + bathroom (bedroom, living room & small office) and I pay €1560
- your half has 2 rooms + bathroom (bedroom & living room) and you would pay €1200
- together we share the kitchen / dining and terrace
I would also potentially consider this split between 3 people:
- 2 rooms for myself paying €1120 (bedroom + office),
- 1 room for flatmate 1 paying €840
- 1 room for flatmate 2 paying €800
- and then we share the final room as a communal living room (this room opens onto the terrace so is not such a nice living room) as well as kitchen / dining and terrace
I appreciate it's quite expensive for a WG in Berlin, but it's a pretty big space so kinda more like 2 apartments with a shared kitchen.
5 mins walk from U Boddinstraße
I'm British (but please don't hold that against me), I like beers and board games. The apartment is laid out in a way that there is a lot of private space, but also would enjoy living with someone who likes to cook together / have a drink after work every now and then! I very much enjoy hosting dinners (and bbqs in the summer) and would also like to live with someone who would enjoy hosting things together !
I am working from home (for a remote company) so am around in the apartment most days (hence my little office).

Just gone through a bit of a painful breakup so I think not up for living with a couple (sorry).
