Hey all! 🧚 I’m subletting my cosy room in our sweet flat-share while I’m visiting my home country.
The room is ~15m2 fully furnished and facing south so more light in winter! The dates are from January 3rd to February 13th, but we can also discuss this, as well as the rent price. My main goal is to have someone for around a month who can have the same sense of responsibility, cleanliess of the flat, and harmonious living with my flatmates who I care a lot about.
📍Neukölln - Rollbergsiedlung.
Lots of bars, and shops like Edeka, Rewe, Aldi, DM, Rossman are all around 500mts.
🚌 100mts from at U Karl Marx Str.
The Statdbad Neukölln is also very close if you want to swim or go to the sauna.
Shared with my two lovely flatmates, both English speakers, one is a couples therapist and the other one is a fashion designer. We prioritize queer ppl, but are open to everyone of course. Just write a message about yourself, what you are doing in Berlin, and what you care about/is important for you when living together with other ppl. We don't want to do a huge casting, so we only want to invite maybe 1 or 2 ppl.
I would ask for a small €100 deposit for any damage, which would of course be reimbursed after leaving. From our side is not important to do a contract, but we can do it in case is necessary for you.
