The room gets nice morning light and is a good size. My friend was living with me for some years but she moved out and the last few months the room has been used as a work/living/guest room so the furniture is a bit random. But theres a desk, couch, mattress pad, and some sotrage space.
Amazing location if you like Neukölln vibes. Right next to the canal for walks and a four minute walk to the nearest bus. 10 minute walk to the U bahn. Lots of cafes and vintage stores nearby.
You’ll be living with me, which I think is pretty chill. I eat mostly vegan at home but am not strict about it. It’s not a party WG but I like having friends over. No smoking inside but I do have a balcony you can use if you’re brave enough to face the cold. Just finished my studies and am currently looking for a job so I am home quite often.
Plus: very cozy vibes and a bath tub.
Con: no internet at the moment. I upgraded my phone plan to unlimited and just use my phone but if you have a Vodafone account you can pay 10€ a month to use a Hotspot in the building. Also no Anmeldung sorry ya’ll.
