While I'm traveling, I would like to rent out my room.
It's in a central part of Neukölln, the closest U-bahn stop is Rathaus Neukölln, but Hermannplatz is also a quick walk away. There are many bars and restaurants here.
Our flat is on the fifth floor, therefore if there is sun in Berlin, it is quite sunny. There is no elevator.
We have a big living room, a balcony, a kitchen and a bathroom that we share in the WG.
My room is around 16 m2, it looks to the inner garden, it is quite chilled, you can see a tree, sometimes with squirrels on it from the window. I have a lot of plants, it would be nice if you could water them once a week.
I live with two flatmates, they are both very kind. In general we live more of a quiet WG life, everybody is chilled.
