El bosque es perfecto para paseos, deportes, regeneración. Es un bosque mixto con un ambiente vivo y fronteras al río Spree.
Al norte se llega al hermoso parque Treptower que te hace sentir como si estuvieras de vacaciones. Caminando por el agua, tomando una cerveza en Zenner, cruzando el puente a Isla de la Juventud.

A 10 minutos en bicicleta se llega a barrios animados de Neukölln con bares y restaurantes.

ATENCIÓN: La casa no está realmente ubicada en Neukölln, pero muy cerca de Neukölln en Plänterwald (Treptow-Köpenick). Así que para encontrar a ustedes personas que están potencialmente interesados en vivir con nosotros hemos estado estableciendo el anuncio a una ubicación de Neukölln.

Der Wald ist ideal für Spaziergänge, Sport und Regeneración. Er ist ein Mischwald mit lebendiger Atmosphäre und grenzt an die Spree.
Nördlich davon erreicht man den wunderschönen Treptower Park, der einem das Gefühl gibt, im Urlaub zu sein. Spazieren gehen am Wasser, ein Bierchen trinken beim Zenner, über die Brücke zur Insel der Jugend.

The forest is perfect for walks, sports, regeneration. It's a mixed forest with an alive atmosphere and borders to the Spree river.
North of it you reach the beautiful Treptower Park which makes you feel like being on vacation. Walking at the water, having a beer at Zenner, crossing the bridge to Isle of Youth.

Within 10 minutes by bike you reach lively neighbourhoods in Neukölln with bars and restaurants.

ATTENTION: The house is not actually located in Neukölln, but very close to Neukölln in Plänterwald (Treptow-Köpenick). So to find you people who are potentially interested in living with us we've been setting the ad to a Neukölln location.
Depending on where in Neukölln you wanna go you would be there within a 10-20min bike ride. We actually love this location as it gives you the calm and good air quality from "outside" the city but you are so close to the vibrant places also.

Tus nuevos compañeros de casa serían Lotte, Cora e Ivo. Todo el trabajo en el campo de la transformación social-ecológica, principalmente en talleres y facilitación de procesos.

Lotte le encanta estar fuera - a veces aventurando en el bosque, a veces durmiendo en nuestra azotea.
Cora es nuestra reina jardinera y le gusta hacer espacios cómodos con tee y velas.
Los intereses de Ivo están en algún lugar entre el fútbol, el activismo de la conciencia, y los círculos de mantra.

Tenemos nuestro Hausplenum bi-semana cada segundo lunes y estamos muy preparados para crear un ambiente donde cada miembro de la casa se siente como en casa y seguro. Nos encanta apoyarnos y estar en una buena comunicación.

Cora ist unsere Gartenkönigin und liebt Gemütichkeit mit Tee und Kerzen.
Ivos Interessen liegen irgendwo zwischen Fußball, Achtsamkeitsaktivismus und Mantra-Singkreisen.

Wir haben jeden zweiten Montag unser Hausplenum und sind sehr daran interessiert, eine Atmosphäre zu schaffen, in der sich jedes Hausmitglied zu Hause und sicher fühlt. Wir unterstützen uns gerne gegenseitig und pflegen eine gute Kommunikation.

Your new housemates would be Lotte, Cora and Ivo. All working in the field of social-ecological transformation, mostly in workshop and process facilitation.

Lotte loves to be outside - sometimes adventuring in the forest, sometimes sleeping on our rooftop.
Cora is our gardening queen and likes to make spaces comfy with tee and candles.
Ivo's interests are somewhere between football, mindfullness activism, and mantra-singing circles.

We have our bi-weekly Hausplenum every second Monday and are very much up for creating an atmosphere where every house member feels at home and safe. We love to support each other and be in a good communication.
