Zimmer für temporäre Untermiete
Das Zimmer hat knapp 15m2 und aktuell ist noch ein Bett (1,40x2,00) und ein Schrank im Zimmer. Könnte drin bleiben aber auch ggfs. raus wenn du selber Möbel mitbringst.
Die Wohnung hat 3 Zimmer. Wir waren mal eine 3er WG, haben aber dann als unser Mitbewohner ausgezogen ist, ein Arbeits-/Wohnzimmer eingerichtet.
Dazu gibt es neben der Küche noch eine kleine Nische wo man gut faullenzen kann.

Room temporary rent
The room is around 15m2 and there is currently a bed (1.40x2.00) and a wardrobe in the room. They could stay in the room but also move out if you bring your own furniture.
The apartment has 3 rooms. We used to be a 3-bedroom shared flat, but when our flatmate moved out, we set up a study/living room.
There is also a small alcove next to the kitchen where you can relax and hang around.
Theoretically, it is also possible to rent for a longtime rental.

Ich bin Manu 35, habe Architektur studiert, arbeite gerade für ein UmbauProjekt einer alten Brauerei in Neukölln, esse, koche und teile gerne, bin ziemlich ordentlich, treibe mich gerne in der Stadt herum und sonst liege ich lieber als dass ich sitze.
Ich wohne schon länger in der Wohnung, knapp 14 Jahre und verbringe gerne zeit zusammen aber natürlich auch nicht immer. :) Möchte aber in keiner Zweck WG wohnen, auch wenn wir nur zu zweit sind und uns vielleicht nicht so häufig sehen.
Bisher haben wir in der Küche und sonst alle Sachen geteilt, kann aber natürlich auch abgesprochen werden. Ich esse eher vegetarisch bzw. bin flexitarisch.
Neben meinem Job bin ich schon länger mit Freund*innen von der Uni in einem Architekturkollektiv aktiv und setze mich für eine gemeinschaftliche und soziale Stadtpolitik ein. https://www.poolpotentials.de

I'm Manu 35, I studied architecture, I'm currently working on a conversion project for an old brewery in Neukölln, I like to eat, cook and share, I'm pretty tidy, I like to move around the city and a part from that I prefer lying to sitting.
I have been living in the apartment for a long time, almost 14 years, and enjoy spending time together, but of course not always. :) But I don't want to live in a purpose-built shared flat, even if it's just the two of us.
So far we have shared the kitchen and all other things, but of course this can also be arranged. I tend to eat vegetarian or am more of a flexitarian.
