Subletting a room in a 5-person WG from 1st to 12th Feb. €38 per night. Located at Maybachufer (so a really beautiful part of Kreuz-kölln). Couples/singles are welcome. If you have a dog I'd ask my roommates but I assume it'd be ok :-)
Amazing roommates, super cozy place that's nice and warm in winter and has a cold plunge if you're into that sorta thing!

It's in the Maybachufer area, close to the canal and some lovely markets, shops, bars, and restaurants. It's also next to Weichselplatz, a park, and close to Tempelhofferfeld. It's also got some great cinemas nearby if that's of interest, plus a great comedy club in walking distance.
