One room available in a 2-room apartment in Neukölln for 7 weeks!
The room has a sofa bed that comes with a proper mattress, a dinner table, a desk, some storage, clothes rails and shelves. It has access to a balcony that overlooks the courtyard.
The apartment consists of a second bedroom, a bathroom with a bathtub and a kitchen with communal seating. The apartment was renovated a year ago and everything works perfectly. Washing machine and dishwasher available.
The apartment is located in a side street of the canal, which can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The restaurants and bars on Weserstraße can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. The Ringbahn is about 10 minutes away with S Sonnenalle being the closest stop. For a deposit, I am also happy to rent out my bike for the period, so you can get to all the usual spots in Kreuzberg, Friedrichshain and Neukölln in 15-20 minutes.
The other room will be occupied by Kiwi, who is currently finishing his studies in Industrial Engineering, plays a lot of Ultimate Frisbee, and enjoys the occasional hang in the kitchen.
There is some flexibility with the dates in case you are interested in a different period.
