Hello!
I will be subletting my room while away travelling. Its quite big (22sqm) with a double bed and pull out couch. There’s a clothes rack, storage in the pull out bed and schranks, double windows, drum kit, instruments, monitor and speakers, desk, plants and mood lamps. The ceilings are also 4 metres high. Its very cosy at nighttime! :)
The room is facing onto the courtyard, so it is mostly quiet.
Very well connected. Just 2 minute walk to Sonnenallee Sbahn station and 1 minute walk to the M41. There are many Spätis, restaurants, Cafés, bars and shops nearby. Lidl is 2 minutes and Netto is 2 minutes by foot.
Ahmed, 27, is currently finishing his Thesis for his Masters program and usually plays music or chills out in his room. Mouid, 28, is a physiotherapist who is into gaming.
The kitchen, bathroom and area with the couch are all shared and need to be left as found. Good waterpressure in the shower.
Noise is mostly fine, just no drums after 10pm etc. its okay to have someone back, but anything larger should be said to my roommates first.
