we are Melissa and Deniz, looking to rent a big sunny room with balcony in our flat for short term, the move out date is flexible depending on the needs but we can talk about it.
the flat is big in general, we have a cute kitchen with some needs of renovation but good enough for now, and a bathroom with a bathtub. the room is big, has a big balcony and get quite a bit of nice light 🍇 however the furnitures belong to our beloved current flatmate but there will be a couch, wardrobe, a matress and a desk for sure. it could also be rented empty if that is better for you
Melissa (35) works in music and quite busy, Deniz (32) just graduated from her master’s in sociology and working full time, mostly from home. we both like to be calm at home despite still being out on the weekends from time to time. we like to spend time together when we can and have a cigarette and tea in the kitchen to catch up in the evenings but we also have our own separate lives and personal space.

only 5 min walk to the canal, the area is with many cute wine bars and overpriced coffee shops around 🧋also the maybachufer flea market is quite close
