Zimmer im Schillerkiez mit Blicks aufs Tempelhofer Feld (Einzug 01.03.2025)

Ich vermiete ein 18 m² großes, lichtdurchflutetes Zimmer in meiner 2-Zimmer-Wohnung im Schillerkiez von 01.03.2025 - 31.08.2025 (die Schlüsselübergabe können wir flexibel ausmachen gerne noch im Februar). Die Wohnung liegt im 4. Stock und bietet einen tollen Blick aufs Tempelhofer Feld – perfekt für alle, die gerne draußen sind. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es hier angenehm ruhig. Du bist 25 Jahre+ alt, in den letzten Zügen deines Studiums oder arbeitest schon Vollzeit - dann setz dich gerne mit mir in Verbindung.

Unzählige Cafés, Restaurants und Bars sind nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt. Auch die Anbindung an den ÖPNV ist super – die nächste U-Bahn-Station und Bushaltestellen erreichst du in etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß, zum S-Bahn-Ring brauchst du je nach Tempo 15-20 Minuten. Supermärkte wie Lidl, Aldi, Penny und Rewe sind ebenfalls in 10-20 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar.

Die Wohnung: 🏙️🏠
Ich bin erst vor Kurzem eingezogen, daher ist die Wohnung noch eher minimalistisch eingerichtet – es gibt noch nicht allzu viele Möbel und auch in der Küche fehlen noch einige Utensilien. Falls du also bestimmte Dinge benötigst, wäre es gut, wenn du sie selbst mitbringst. Ansonsten gibt es eine große, helle Küche mit Platz zum Kochen und Sitzen sowie ein gemeinsames Bad.

Ich bin 26 Jahre alt, studiere aktuell im Ausland und pendle zwischen Berlin und meinem Studienort. Gerade schreibe ich meine Masterarbeit und arbeite nebenbei. Ich bin ein offener, kommunikativer und humorvoller Mensch mit viel WG-Erfahrung. In meiner Freizeit mache ich gerne Sport, treffe Freunde, gehe essen oder in Bars und genieße entspannte Abende mit Filmen oder Büchern. Ich koche gerne – wenn auch noch nicht auf Profi-Niveau – und bin generell für einen unkomplizierten und freundlichen WG-Alltag zu haben.

Ich suche eine/n verlässlichen und vertrauensvollen Mitbewohner/in, die/ der Lust auf ein entspanntes und respektvolles Zusammenleben hat. Mir ist wichtig, dass wir uns aufeinander verlassen können – sei es, wenn es um Absprachen geht oder darum, dass die Wohnung in einem angenehmen Zustand bleibt. Sauberkeit ist mir wichtig, aber ich bin kein Putzfanatiker – ein gewisser Grundstandard sollte aber da sein. Damit es fair bleibt, würde ich einen einfachen Putzplan vorschlagen, damit sich niemand benachteiligt fühlt und es immer gemütlich bleibt. Wenn du also ein unkompliziertes Miteinander schätzt und zuverlässig bist, dann freue ich mich auf deine Nachricht!

Ich werde ab Ende Februar bis Mitte/Ende März verreist sein und voraussichtlich ab April für einige Monate wieder im Ausland. In dieser Zeit hättest du die Wohnung (bis auf mein Zimmer) für dich alleine. An manchen Wochenenden könnte es sein, dass ich in Berlin bin, das würde ich aber immer rechtzeitig ankündigen.

Public transport connections are excellent – the nearest U-Bahn station and bus stops are about a 10-minute walk away, and depending on your pace, it takes 15-20 minutes to reach the S-Bahn ring. I recently moved in, so the apartment is still minimally furnished – there aren't many pieces of furniture yet, and some kitchen utensils are still missing. If you need certain things, it would be great if you could bring them yourself. Otherwise, there is a large, bright kitchen with plenty of space for cooking and sitting together, as well as a shared bathroom.
