SUBRENT FROM 01.03.2025 - 31.05.2025
Hi!
It's a 3 room flat with a balcony. There are two big (19m²) and one small (10m²) The free room will be the small one. The room is furnished with a bed and two shelves if there is more you need we can organise that :) rent is 290 € everything included.
By subletting the third room we are buying ourselves some time to figure out things, and some friends of ours might want to move in as the third permanent flatmate in summer 2025. So it would be best if you have a plan for afterwards already or are in Berlin temporarily only. Anmeldung will unfortunately be difficult/probably not possible for the subrent.
Next to shared basic politics (collective approach to living, anti colonial, anti capitalist, queer & transfeminist, free palestine 🍉), the main thing would be to live with someone that is responsible, takes care of shared spaces (leave the kitchen clean after using it, fixing things you broke, etc.) and can say what they need/like and in turn is also open to take in others needs. Strong preference for queers or flinta* 🙃 If you enjoy crafts or film evenings, sharing a meal or going to soli events and demos once in while, we will probably find things in common :) The ad is only in English because that's the language the two of us share, one of us is from Germany and one from Chile.

PS: please write in the massage if you have time on the 20.02. in the time around 2-6 pm. That was the only timeframe we have found for getting to know each other. That can be online or in person :)
We plan to do the WG Casting on the 20.02 between 2pm and 6pm :)
