Subletting a room in a 5-person WG from 1st to 12th Feb. €38 per night. Located at Maybachufer (so a really beautiful part of Kreuzkölln). If you have a dog I'd ask my roommates but I assume it'd be ok :-) Only single people wanted this time.
Amazing roommates, super cozy place that's nice and warm in winter/spring and has a cold plunge if you're into that sorta thing!

It's in the Maybachufer area, close to the canal and some lovely markets, shops, bars, and restaurants. It's also next to Weichselplatz, a park, and close to the Tempelhoffer Feld and Hasenheide parks. There are some great cinemas nearby if that's of interest, plus a great comedy club in walking distance which is always a fun evening!
People are very respectful of others space and energy. We occasionally cook and eat together in the shared kitchen/dining space. Sometimes friends come over, and we'll have movie nights using our large cinema projector. It is really what you want it to be, although we're always respectful and kind to one another. That's paramount!
