Hey Berlin flat searchers!
We're a shared flat WG and sadly one of our flatmates is moving out. The room had a very high ceiling and a loft sleeping area. You can bring your own furniture or potentially take some over - whatever you prefer.
You share the floor with three other people and have a bathroom with a shower. There is space in the hall for storage.
Two people live downstairs, and we have two entrance doors so you can easily enter upstairs or on the groundfloor.
We live right on Karl-Marx-Str. at U Grenzallee. It's a 10 min walk to Neukölln S and since the room is on the back of the house it is very quiet.
Its close to Rixdorf and we have some fun bars and stores around us. Everything is very close by bike but also walkable.
We are Šarunas, Benjamin, Camille, Bella and Sam. We have lived together for a while and we all have been in Berlin for a few years. We love the city and living together.
We hangout regularly and enjoy being involved in each others lives on a superficial level. Everybody is busy so we all do our own thing, but when we do WG evenings it's always fun! So please be open to hang out and create a space together but also there is no pressure that it always has to work out.
We like going to bars, occasionally cooking together or going to events and parties in the city. We are looking for somebody who is open for a kind of close, friendly WG, but who also has their own life established in the city.
We all work full time, so this is a requirement please - we are not looking for students please
Being clean is important to us as well, so being considerate of the other flatmates and cleaning your share should please go without saying.
For the first three months Anmeldung is not possible

We are looking for a long-term person
Out WG language is English but German is a plus (but really not necessary)
