Neat Semi-furnished room with a view of the Fernsehturm and Rotes Rathaus, available from 7th of March until the 30th of March.
The room is located in a cleanly renovated Altbau apartment with an elevator. You will have beautiful views over Berlin, as the apartment is located on the top floor of the building at top of the Hermannstraße hill.
The apartment has 2 toilets, one shower/bathtub in the big bathroom aswell as a kitchen.
Furniture: A bed with a mattress, two cabinets, a TV, lounge chair, and a small desk with a chair. (Bed is slightly different than the one in the photo).
The kitchen comes equiped with a oven/stove, two big cabinets, a dressor, a large fridge + freezer and a high table with 4 stools.
Smoking is not allowed and neither are pets. :/
The deposit is €300, to account for the furniture and wooden floors in the apartment.
The apartment is located well seeing that its close to U8 at Boddinstraße (1-2min walk) and the U7 at Hermannstraße (5-7min walk)
You can also find park Hasenheide located at only a 2 minute walk and Tempelhofferfeld at a 12 minute walk.
There are a lot of tasty and affordable restaurants in the neighbourhood and the location is very well connected with the rest of the city due to the easy access to the U7 at Hermannplatz and U8 at Boddinstraße.
We are currently in the flat with 3 young people (19-24), we are all either studying or just starting work, but we will be moving out together.
For the temporary tenants we are looking for neat, young people that need a temporary room, either for a short visit to Berlin, as an in-between, or anything else.
A sweet old lady lives across the hallway from us, so we take care to respect the Ruhezeit from 10pm onwards.
