Die Wohnung hat fünf Zimmer und ungefähr 120 qm, geht über zwei Stockwerke - Maisonette! - und hat zwei Bäder mit einmal WC und Badewanne und einmal WC und Dusche. Es gibt ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Couch und Esstisch. Alle Fenster gehen zum Hof, d.h. trotz der Lage an der Karl-Marx-Str. mit allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der U-Bahn direkt vor der Haustür ist die Wohnung super ruhig. Ruby hat ein kleinen Hund namens Hilde!
Das Zimmer liegt im oberen Teil der Wohnung und liegt sehr ruhig. Es verfügt bereits über ein Bett, einen Scgreibtisch, ein Regal, eine Kommode undeine kleine Kammer für Kleidung oder ähnliches.
The apartment has five rooms and is apporximately 120 square meters over two floors, complete with two bathrooms one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. All the windows look out upon the courtyard even though the apartment is directly on Karl Marx strasse, it is very quiet. We have a big living room with a couch and dining table. And we have a small Dog!
The room is equipped with a bed, a desk, a shelf that is already mounted and a small pantry for clothes etc.
Die U-Bahn Station liegt praktisch direkt vor der Haustür, die Ringbahn ist eine Station entfernt. Ein kleiner Supermarkt und eine Auswahl von Spätis, sowie diverse Banken sind in unmittelbarer Laufweite.
Das hübsche Rixdorf liegt direkt um die Ecke, die Thomashöhe ist der nächste Park und das Tempelhofer Feld ist in 12 min. zu Fuß zu erreichen.
The u-bahn station is practicly outside our door, the ring-bahn station Neukölln is one station away. There is a small supermarket and a bunch of spätis and parks.
Es ist uns sehr wichtig, dass das WG-Leben harmonisch abläuft. Dazu gehört auch, dass die gemeinschaftlich genutzten Räume aufgeräumt sind.
Wir sind berufstätig und sitzen oft im Wohnzimmer zusammen, aber es ist auch wichtig, dass jeder seine ungestörte Privatsphäre hat. Wir rauchrn beide gelegentlich. Wir sind eher ruhig daher wenn du in Berlin zum feiern bist, dann sind wir eher die falsche WG fuer dich.
We are two people that work full time and like to hang in the living room together for a wine. everybody needs their privacy and quiet time ,we all make sure to respect that. it is very important to us that everybody takes care of the space equally, we make sure that all the common rooms are clean and tidy at all times. We smoke sometimes. We are a pretty quiet WG so if your in Berlin to party we are probably the wrong Flat.
das Zimmer ist erstmal fuer vier Monate zu vermieten, wenn wir uns aber gut verstehen kannst du auch gern länger bleiben.Schreib uns eine e-mail, bzw. über diese Seite, wenn du Interesse hast. Am lernt man sich kenne , wenn man sich einmal persönlich getroffen hat.
