Das freie Zimmer ist klein aber hat ein Fenster zur sonnigen Strassenseite. Wir haben einen Schreibtisch, einen Stuhl und einen Sessel für das Zimmer, ansonsten bekommt man ja in Berlin auch leicht alles, was man braucht und eine Matratze können wir auch vorrübergehend anbieten. Wir haben übrigens 2 Bäder (Luxus!) und einen kleinen Balkon an einem der andren Zimmer.
The free room ist small but has a window to the sunny street side. We have a spare desk if that helps and a chair and armchair and could lend you a matrass aswell. We have two bathrooms actually, which is very convenient and there is a little balcony on one of the other rooms...
Neukölln - quasi direkt am Ring an der S Sonnenallee (3 min), aber auch nicht so nah, dass man die S-Bahn hören würde. 2 Supermärkte gibts auch ganz in der Nähe (3-5 min) und alles was man sonst so brauchen könnte: Spätis, immer mehr Kiez-Kneipen, Restaurants, Parks... das schöne Rixdorf ist auch gleich um die Ecke.
Neukölln - very close to the circle train at S Sonnenallee (3 min). There are two supermarkets very close by and everything else you might need: Spätis, bars, restaurants and parks and the nice Rixdorf neighbourhood right around the corner.
Schon wieder so ne Zwischenmiete, wir wissen, das ich nicht gerade attraktiv aber leider ist nicht klar, wie lange wir insgesamt hier noch bleiben können werden...Berlin halt..
Wir sind Klavo (38), der was mit Film und Medien macht und aus Chile kommt, Natali (40), die Schulsozialarbeiterin an einer Grundschule ist und öfter mal schlechte Hobbymusik macht (sorry) und Vincent (36), der mal Ägyptologe war und jetzt auch in einem Startup arbeitet, wie alle...
Uns ist es wichtig, dass wir mit Menschen zusammenwohnen, die wir mögen und mit denen man sich daheim entspannt wohl fühlt und auch mal in der Küche zusammen sitzen und quatschen kann..
Im besten Fall bist du humorvoll, nett und zuverlässig was WG-Dinge angeht und hast ein bisschen ein geregeltes Leben und bist nicht nur zum Feiern in Berlin... Ansonsten sind wir aber meist sehr individuell unterwegs und haben eigene Leben.
(Rauchen in der Wohnung bitte nicht...)
Das Zimmer kann wie gesagt evtl. auch länger bewohnt werden.
We are Klavo from Chile, working in Film, Natali who is a social worker at a primary school and Vincent who used to be an Egyptologist and now also works in a start up like everybody else...
It's important for us to live together with fun but relaxed people who are also willing to take over the usual flat responsabilities and like living with us and having nice chats in the kitchen every now and then. Ideally, it would be a person with a kind of regular job and not someone who is only here to enjoy all of Berlins crazyness. And of course we do have our own lifes aswell. The room could maybe be rented out for longer aswell. No smoking inside please..

WG Besichtigungen können am Montag Abend (2.3.) möglich sein ab 20:30 oder Dienstag Abend (3.3.) ab 18:30. Bitte mache Terminvorschläge im Halbstundentakt also z.B. 18:30, 19:00...20:30..
