Hier ist unser Angebot: Ein gemütliches 21 Quadratmeter großes Schlafzimmer in einer geräumigen 130 Quadratmeter großen Wohnung. Gemeinsame Badezimmer- und Kücheneinrichtungen stehen zur Verfügung, ebenso wie ein separater Esszimmer zur gemeinsamen Nutzung.
Wir suchen eine(n) Mitbewohner*in, die Ruhe, Sauberkeit und Diskretion schätzt. Bitte habt Verständnis dafür, dass unser Wohnraum nicht für Partys, Übernachtungsgäste oder die Untervermietung.
Idealerweise wäre unser zukünftiger Mitbewohner berufstätig und nicht nur im Homeoffice tätig.
Sauberkeit ist für unseren gemeinsamen Raum unerlässlich.

You will be sharing the apartment with my girlfriend, I have to be away for work.
Presenting our offering: a cozy 21 square meter bedroom within a spacious 130 square meter apartment. Shared bathroom and kitchen facilities are provided, along with a separate dining area for communal use.
We're looking for a flatmate who appreciates tranquility, cleanliness, and discretion. Please understand that our living space isn't for parties, overnight guests, or subletting rooms upon departure.
Ideally, our future flatmate would be employed and not working from home.
Ensuring cleanliness is vital for our shared space.
