We are a young, friendly and newly established 6 person flatshare on Karl-Marx-Straße, Neukölln and have a long term room available so are therefore on the search for a guy to join us, exciting!
The room is small but perfectly formed, with white walls, a space saving high bed and built in wardrobe and storage space below. The room features a large window which gets lots of light and original wooden floorboards. The room comes unfurnished.
If you were to be offered the room it would be available asap. Contracts are issued by the landlord separately for each room so you would have your own contract which you could register with if required.
It would be great if you're message could include a social media link to Facebook or Instagram.
If we like your message we will invite you round for a viewing and a chat during next week and on the 1st you can move in!

The flat is located on the main street of Karl Marx which means local amenities are very close by such as supermarkets, beer shops, cafes, bars, restaurants and late night eats. For transport Neukölln S and Uban are only a five minutes walk with Karl Marx Ubahn being the same distance in the other direction too.
About us, we are a mix gender wg consisting of 2 Swedish girls, 1 Texan-girl, 1 Turkish dude (Kahn) and one Irish. During the week it’s pretty chilled with us being busy with our different jobs and commitments but there’s always at least someone home during the day and in the evenings we mingle and have a drink, listen to some music and have a chat in the kitchen. Please start your message with the name of your favourite drink. At the weekend normally we all have our own things planned which you can always join in with. Although we aren’t a purpose flatshare we are all pretty up for doing spontaneous things together when we feel like it.
