Das Zimmer ist eins von dreien in einer frisch sanierten Wohnung in Hochparterre. In der gesamten Wohnung ist helles Parkett verlegt. Die Küche und das Bad sind ebenfalls renoviert und in Erstbenutzung. Die Wohngemeinschaft wird neu gegründet.
Zudem sind alle elektrischen Geräte, die man zum Leben benötigt vorhanden und neu: Geschirrspüler, Staubsauger, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Waschmaschine plus Wäscheständer. Die Küche ist komplett mit Geschirr, Töpfen etc. ausgestattet. Der Küchentisch bietet euch Platz zum Austausch. :)
Zimmer
In dem Zimmer findet sich ein Hochbett (140 cm Matratze), das mehr Nutzfläche im Raum schafft. Außerdem steht darunter eine ausziehbare Zweier-Schlaf-Couch, falls du Gäste empfängst oder doch mal unten schlafen möchtest.
Deine Sachen kannst du in einer Kommode und dem Kleiderschrank unterbringen. Darüber hinaus hast du einen Schreibtisch plus Stuhl und tragbare Lampe, sowie einen Multifunktionstisch und einen Wäschebehälter, auch die Vorhänge haben wir für dich schon angebracht. Das Zimmer besitzt ein sehr großes Fenster wodurch du direkt auf eine grüne Wiese blickst.

The room is one of three in a newly renovated apartment in Hochparterre. In the entire apartment light parquet is laid. The kitchen and bathroom are also renovated and in first use. The residential community is newly founded.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße zwischen kleinen Gärten und einer grünen Wiese, gerade einmal 2 Gehminuten (150 m) von Britzer Verbindungskanal entfernt. Hier kann man super spazieren und joggen. Auf der Wiese hinter dem Haus lässt es sich toll picknicken und relaxen. Das bunte Treiben des Schillerkiez an der Hermannstraße mit einer großen Bar- und Restaurantvielfalt, ist in lediglich 15 Gehminuten (1,2 km) zu erreichen. So vereinen sich die Vorzüge von Großstadt- und ruhigen Kleinstadtwohnen.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es schon in 3 Gehminuten (210 m) Entfernung: REWE, Lidl, eine Tankstelle, außerdem ein Bäcker und weitere Geschäfte.

The apartment is located in a quiet street between small gardens and a green lawn, just 2 minutes walk (150 m) from Britzer connecting channel. Here you can go for a walk and jog. On the lawn behind the house it is great to do picnic and relax. The hustle and bustle of the Schillerkiez on the Hermannstraße with a large variety of bars and restaurants, can be reached in just 15 minutes (1.2 km). This is how the advantages of city and quiet small town living come together.
There are shops in 3 minutes (210 m) distance: REWE, Lidl, a gas station, also a bakery and other shops.

Schön wäre es, wenn du gerne in eine WG lebst und dich gelegentlich zum Beispiel der Küche mal austauschst. Gerne nehmen wir auch englischsprachige Mitbewohner, daher wäre es toll, wenn du auch etwas Englisch sprichst oder bereit wärst es zu lernen ;). Die Hauptsache ist aber, dass ihr euch gut versteht und miteinander auskommt :).

Whether you are studying or working is up to you.
It would be nice, if you like to live in a shared flat and occasionally, for example, the kitchen exchange times. We are happy to take English-speaking roommates, so it would be great if you also speak some English or would be willing to learn ;). The main thing, however, is that you get along well :).
Die Wohnung verfügt über einen separaten Kellerraum sowie über einen Gemeinschaftskeller zum Beispiel für Fahrräder.
Internet und Strom sind in der Miete inbegriffen.
Wir benötigen von dir eine Mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung, eine unabhängige Bonitätsprüfung sowie einen Haftpflichtversicherungsnachweis.
Das Rauchen in der Wohnung ist nicht gestattet.
Haustiere können hier, auch aufgrund der Gemeinschaft, leider keinen Platz finden. Wir freuen uns auf dich. :)

Smoking in the apartment is not allowed.
