The flat has a large eat-in kitchen.
Two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub), both with WC.
There are also five bedrooms and two balconies.
The room faces the courtyard at the back, so it is relatively quiet.
No noise from setting up and dismantling the market, cars, etc.

The rent is 500€ including all costs, i.e. warm (incl. internet).
A security deposit of 1000€ is required before moving in and we thank you for your continued support.
Gute Lage, U-Bahnstation Schönleinstrasse ist 5 Minuten entfernt (U8)
U-Bahnstation Kottbusser Tor (U1, U3, U8) ist in weniger als 10 Minuten fussläufig erreichbar ;-)
Direkt vor der Haustür findet mehrmals die Woche ein Markt statt.
Dienstags und Freitags Obst- und Gemüse Markt. Samstag Kunstmarkt (Teppiche, etc...)

There is a market right on the doorstep several times a week.
Fruit and vegetable market on Tuesdays and Fridays. Saturday art market (carpets, etc...)
Vorzugsweise bzw. sofern möglich wird auch gerne mal zusammen gegessen.
Berufstechnisch vor allem Abends bzw. an Wochenenden.
Abends lassen wir den Tag auch gerne mal gemeinsam mit einem Kaffe / Tee / Wein / ausklingen.
