Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert, weil ich selbst umziehe. Es ist hervorragend geschnitten und bietet ausreichend Platz. Der große Stolz ist der Balkon, auf dem man wunderbar 2 Stühle stellen kann und den Sommer genießen kann. Zudem hat man den Blick direkt aufs Kiehlufer. An der Decke ist wunderschöner Stuck.

The room is rented *unfurnished*. It has an excellent layout and offers enough space. The big pride is the balcony, on which you can put 2 chairs and enjoy the summer. You also have a direct view of the Kiehlufer. There is beautiful stucco on the ceiling.
Eine Minute von der Haustüre entfernt ist eine Busstation. Ansonsten ist die U Bahn Station Rathaus Neukölln 8 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Im Sommer ist die Ecke angenehm beliebt. Super ist, dass man zu Fuß den belebten Teil Neuköllns schnell erreicht, aber selbst in einer super ruhigen Ecke Abstand davon nehmen kann, wenn man möchte.

There is a bus station one minute from the door. Otherwise, the Rathaus Neukölln underground station is an 8-minute walk away. The corner is pleasantly popular in summer. What is great is that you can quickly reach the lively part of Neukölln by foot but the flat is in the more quiet part which is way more chill to live in.
In der WG lebt zurzeit Amaranta, eine super liebe Chilenin. Das Miteinander ist mega entspannt, es gibt Raum zum Socializen, aber man hat auch seine Ruhe, wenn man möchte. Das große Tageslichtbad hat sowohl eine Badewanne als auch eine Spüle. Zudem ist die WG im ersten Stock, also muss man auch nicht viele Treppen steigen :)

Amaranta, a lovely Chilean woman, is currently living in the shared apartment. The vibe is super relaxed, there is room for socializing, but you can also have space for yourself whenever you prefer. The large daylight bathroom has both a bathtub and a sink. In addition, the flat share is on the first floor, so you don't have to climb too many stairs :)
Das Zimmer ist ab sofort frei. Da ja schon bald Februar ist, kann es jederzeit gerne besichtigt werden. Meldet euch einfach bei mir und wir vereinbaren einen Termin :)
