Hello Berliners,
we have a big room for rent, from mid March to mid June.
21m2 furnished room with a balcony in a 55m2 totally renovated flat. New kitchen with dishwasher and dining space, and a new bathroom with shower. Everything works - not least the heating!
The flat is located in Schillerkiez, Neukölln with 10 min walk to Tempelhof and Hasenheide, and 3 min walk to Boddinstr U bahn. A lots of good cafés, bars and restaurants are around the corner just as several supermarkets and Spätis.
My roommate Kim is going to go to Kopenhagen for three months. So we're looking for someone reliable that will take good care of his room and the apartment.
You will live together with me, Leoni :-), 29 and about to study again to become a French teacher. I'm a very open minded and communicative person. For me the right balance is very important in life. In the flat I prefer to have my private space but also to cook or share a glass of wine at times.
I'm very interested in culture, arts, traveling, yoga and ballet.
But let's get to know each other and see if it matches!
