Das Zimmer ist länglich geschnitten, hat ein großes Fenster, hohe Decken mit ein wenig Stuck dran. Eine Wand ist blank, hier wurde die Raufasertapete mit Mühe abgerissen :).
Das Zimmer ist möbiliert. Es gibt eine Bett (1,40m), einen Schreibtisch, einen kleinen Schrank und einen Sessel.
Ansonsten gibt es eine schöne Küche, mit Herd, Backofen, Waschmaschine etc. und auch einer Sitzgelegenheit zum frühstucken usw. Das Badezimmer hat eine Badewanne und ein kleines Fenster.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss, aber auf der Südeseite, dh. das Zimmer ist heller als man denkt. Schaut es euch einfach mal an.
The room is elongated, has a large window, high ceilings with a bit of stucco. One wall is bare, the woodchip wallpaper was torn off with difficulty :).
The room is furnished. There is a bed (1.40m), a desk, a small closet and an armchair.
Otherwise there is a nice kitchen, with a stove, oven, washing machine etc. and also a seating area for having breakfast etc. The bathroom has a bathtub and a small window.
The apartment is on the ground floor, but on the south side. The room is brighter than you think. Just take a look at it.
Die Wohnung liegt im schönen Rixdorf, 4 Minuten von der U-Bahn Karl-Marx-Straße und ca. 10 Minuten zur Ringbahn (Neukölln) in ca. 5 Minuten ist man am Kanal. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es zur genüge auf der Karl-Marx-straße. Es gibt viel schöne Cafes und Parks. Es ist wirklich ein sehr schöner Kiez.
The apartment is located in beautiful Rixdorf, 4 minutes from the Karl-Marx-Straße subway and approx. 10 minutes to the Ringbahn (Neukölln) in approx. 5 minutes you are on the canal. There are plenty of shopping opportunities on Karl-Marx-Strasse. There are lots of nice cafes and parks. It is really a very nice neighborhood.
Ich studiere in Halle und bin momentan nur am Wochenende da, das heisst du hättest die Wohnung unter der Woche für dich. Auch wenns nur für eine kurze Zeit ist, ist mir ein respektvolles und freundliches Miteinander wichtig. Freu mich :)
