Da ich im Ende September verreise, ist von 25.09. - 28.10. mein 19 m² großes WG-Zimmer frei. Wir leben zu dritt als WG und sind unserem Alter angemessen sehr rücksichtsvoll. So haben wir auch einen Putzplan, den es bitte zu befolgen gilt (leider hat das schon oft noch geklappt, deshalb erwähne ich das direkt). Neben meinem Zimmer - und natürlich unserer Küche - gibt es ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit Balkon und viel Sonne. Das Zimmer ist zum Innenhof und dementsprechend wunderbar ruhig. Für den genannten Zeitraum beträgt die Miete 550 €. Du wirst mit Vonni und Filip zusammenwohnen, die nett und umgänglich sind.
Bei Bedarf lässt es sich auch gut aus dem Home-Office arbeiten.
Freue mich auf Anfragen - dann können wir auch gerne einen Termin ausmachen, damit du das Zimmer und meine Mitbewohnis kennenlernen kannst.

Since I am traveling, my 19 m² shared room will be available from September 25th to October 28th. We are threeroommates living together and enjoy each other's company, but we are also independent and considerate. We also have a cleaning schedule which you should keep in mind while living in the shared flat.
In addition to my room and, of course, our kitchen, there is a spacious living room with a balcony. The room itself faces the inner courtyard, so it is wonderfully quiet. The rent for the mentioned period is 550 €. You will be living with Vonny and Filip who are friendly and easygoing.
If needed, it's also suitable for working from home.
