Die Wohnung hat alles was das Leben schön macht. Perfekt zum Wohnen und zu Hause arbeiten.
Das Zimmer ist auf den Bildern dargestellt mit einer großen Terrasse. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet wie Geschirrspüler, Mixer,..
Ich suche eine verlässliche und ordentliche Person, die Lust hat sich auch um meine Pflanzen kümmern. Wir sind eine respektvolle, offene und ruhige WG, wobei meine MitbewohnerIn selbst nicht da sind und du wahrscheinlich alleine die ganze Wohnung hast.
800€ ist die Miete mit allem und 800€ Kaution, die du zurück bekommst, wenn alles genauso zurück gegeben wird.
Idealerweise suche ich eine Person für die ganze Zeit, aber ich bin auch flexibel rund um das Datum.
Es könnte auch interessant sein für Familien oder Paare, wenn ein weiteres Zimmer angemietet werden möchte.

Subletting my cosy room in this bright apartment in Neukölln from the 12th of January - 21st of March. Just around U-Bahn Karl-Marx-Straße, top floor which makes is very quiet and peaceful.
It’s perfect for both living and working from home.

I am looking for a reliable and tidy person who can also take care of my plants.
We are a friendly and calm WG of three but my roommates are gone as well and you might have the huge apartment for yourself.
800€ is the rent per month with everything included. 800€ deposit which will be returned upon handover if there are no damages.
Ideally, I’d prefer someone who can stay for the entire period but I do have some flexibility around dates.
Also it could be for a family or couple when another bedroom is rented.
