The room is somewhat 20 to 25 square meters big. It is furnished. Also the bed was built up what is not yet shown in the pictures. It is located to the south side. We have a blanket and pillow for the bed. Because the wall next to my room is pretty thin, so you should be considerate about the volume (same for me ;) )
Is in the center of the chilled neighbourhood of Neukölln. Close to the big Karl Marx street however quiet silent. The U7 with the station U-Karl Marx Straße is 5 minutes away from our house and therefore pretty well connected to the west and close to the U8 as well that is reaching north. It is a open, multicultural and diverse part of Berlin.
We are looking for a short term rent for September. It is a student apartment with three rooms in total. We are right now changing the dynamics in the flat, so it is pretty flexible and open. I am a permanent tenant and German; the other short term renter is Beatrix and is from the Baltic region. We are pretty independent but nevertheless welcoming. The kitchen is equipped with the usual stuff. But the fridge is a small cube and everyone has one shelf.
Please contact me here. In case you move in, you will have a sublet contract with the contract holder of the room, Inga, on Monday the 5th and get the keys for the apartment.
Please write chilly tomatoes at the beginning or I won’t read your application.
One person is cleaning every week the whole bathroom and kitchen; so it’s going to be one time for you in this time. Please keep the common space tidy and clean after you used it. Apart from this we are easygoing. We are happy to hear from you!
