Uns ist es sehr wichtig, eine vertrauensvolle und entspannte Atmosphäre zu schaffen, in der die Gemeinschaftsräume wie Küche und Bad angenehm genutzt werden können und jede*r den eigenen privaten Bereich genießen kann.

I am the owner of this fully furnished and fresh renovated apartment and would like to share one big room, this very beautiful and fully furnished apartment in the lovely Kaskelkiez just 5 min walk from Ostkreuz Friedrichshain.

The apartment is composed of three rooms from them I will keep the smallest one as i will be traveling most of the time and would like to rent the bigger room of 20 mq . The other room of 15 m2 is already rented to a very quite PHD student that everyday at the Universtity goes (probably will stay till end of April and so you can choose another Flatmate when this moment come).

All inclusive 750,00 euro/month + 1000 euro Kaution

Some things important to know:
- Rent contract and it is possible to make the Anmeldung .
- Minimum stay 3 months, after that we can discuss and you can stay longer as long as you wish
- Only one person per room, no couples
- People should have a resident permit for Germany or a european Passport
-The room is fully equipment with all necessary you do not need to bring furniture or big stuff
