The room is available for the month march.
It would be important to me that you take care of the plants (watering about 1-2 times a week).

We also have a large cellar where there is still plenty of space if you need a room to store something.
The apartment is a two-minute walk from the streetcar and about 10 minutes from the S-Bahn station. You will find a place of peace and quiet in nature about 5 minutes' walk away in the Wuhlheide. Shopping facilities such as Rewe, Aldi, DM, Penny and Lidl are also within a 5-minute walk. It is also a 5-7 minute walk to the Spree, where you will also find the Yoga Lab, Kaos and a restaurant right on the water. There are also two nice cafés and two delicious Asian restaurants :)
You would living with a super nice men (40) from spain. He can speak spain and englisch.
As the apartment is in an old building and therefore a bit noisy and we live in a shared flat, it is very important that we are considerate of each other.
As your room is the entrance to the private garden, it is also important that when it gets warmer, your future flatmate walks through your room from time to time to get to the garden. Of course with a knock and that you feel comfortable with this.
The apartment is cleaned once a week on a rotating basis - you are of course responsible for your own room.
