Da ich bald nicht mehr an der HTW studiere möchte ich zentraler wohnen. Ich möchte meine tolle WG in Oberschöneweide gegen eine in Kreuzberg oder Neukölln tauschen. Die Miete soll maximal 500€ betragen.
Über die WG:
Es sind super liebe Mitbewohner. Wir haben 2 Bäder, eine riesige Wohnküche mit Darts und einem Kickertisch.
Das Leben ist sehr friedlich, man quatscht mal miteinander, wenn man sich trifft, geht mal zusammen einkaufen usw. Sonst hat man auch viel Privatsphäre.
Romy (23) studiert Schauspiel, ist eine sehr freundlcihe Mitbewohnerin, die viel unterwegs ist. Man kann immer mal mit ihr quatschen und einen Tee trinken.
Flo (30) studiert seinen Master an der HTW und kocht gerne mal. Er ist ein sehr lockerer Typ, der nebenebi arbeitet. Er ist schon am längsten in der WG.
Manu (28) studiert seinen Master an der HTW und arbeitet auch nebenbei. Er macht Kickboxen und geht ins gym. Er mag es in der Wohnküche abzuhängen und mal zu quatschen.
Jannis (20) studiert im ersten Semester an der HTW. Er ist ein sehr kommunikativer Mensch, der gerne mit Freunden abhängt und viel für die Uni macht.
English version:
Since I will soon no longer be studying at HTW, I want to live in a more central area. I would like to swap my great WG in Oberschöneweide for one in Kreuzberg or Neukölln. The rent should be a maximum of €500.
About the WG:
The roommates are super nice. We have two bathrooms and a huge shared kitchen with a dartboard and a foosball table.
Life here is very peaceful—you chat when you run into each other, sometimes go grocery shopping together, but also have plenty of privacy.
• Romy (23) is studying acting. She is a very friendly roommate who is often out and about. You can always have a chat and drink tea with her.
• Flo (30) is doing his master’s at HTW and enjoys cooking. He is a very laid-back guy who also works on the side. He has been in the WG the longest.
• Manu (28) is also doing his master’s at HTW and works part-time. He practices kickboxing and goes to the gym. He likes to hang out in the kitchen and have a chat.
• Jannis (20) is in his first semester at HTW. He is a very communicative person who enjoys spending time with friends and studying for university.
