Our lovely female WG is looking for a new roomie starting January 2025. Anmeldung is possible!
Ideally you are:
✅ a woman
✅ a young professional or finishing your studies (Bachelor, Master, Ph.D. ect...)
✅ don't mind living with a small kitchen
✅ are in Berlin long-term
We are looking for a long-term tenant for a spacious room, circa 18 sqm in Pankow, short walking distance to S-Bahn Pankow.
The room is completely furnished, as well as the apartment (small kitchen, bathroom with washing machine and bathtub).
The room has: desk, wardrobe, bed (140x200) and nightstand. The furniture is quite new and has to stay, but you are welcome to bring anything else you would need. :)
The apartment is rather small, but the rooms are very sound-proof, which makes it perfect for a WG. All of the rooms are sunny in the mornings.
There is unfortunately no dining room or dining area.
Anmeldung is possible.
The contract is unlimited (unbefristet), so ideally you would want to stay at least 1 year.
The language of the WG is English and German.
The apartment has a very unique location and allows you to quickly reach Mitte or Friedrichshain thanks to the great S-Bahn connections.
We are located within a walking distance from U/S-Bahn Pankow:
You can catch S2 and S8/S85 from here to Mitte or Fhain.
With U2 you are only 2 stations away from Prenzlauer Berg.
There are also several buses.
With the S-Bahns it takes circa 20 min to Potsdamer Platz and 20 min to Ostkreuz.
The tram goes directly to Hackescher Markt.
There is an Edeka within 2 mins, as well as a DM next to it. Kaufland is 10 mins away.
REWE is 15 mins away.
There are 2 wonderful parks nearby where you can spend a relaxing afternoon or go jogging.
Your future flatmates will be:
Svetlana, 33, from Ukraine, data analyst who loves outdoor sports and table tennis.
Maria, 29, from Bulgaria, marketing specialist, likes hanging out with friends, going to the gym and drawing.
The WG life is very relaxed: everyone has space for themselves and we occasionally chat in the kitchen when there is time. Since we both work we prefer to be keep the WG life simple, but we also enjoy a good conversation or the occasional brunch together!
We have both lived in WGs for a long time and we prefer someone who also has WG experience and wants to find a place to stay long-term and make it feel like home. The contract is unlimited, and we would love it if you want to make use of that! (Aka: 1 year stay minimum, longer is better)
We do not have a common room and the kitchen is quite small. That is why we are looking for someone who doesn't mind sharing utensils and actively participates in keeping the space clean. :)
No pets, no drugs, no party animals. We are looking for someone who respects everyone else in the WG and is mindful and timely with the cleaning schedule. :)
