The room is 18 square meters and offers a calm and relaxing atmosphere cause the street outside is not a main street. It receives plenty of natural light. It stays pleasantly cool even on hot days, which makes it comfortable when it is warm outside.
Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und die Straße ist nicht belebt, es sind überwiegend geparkte Autos. Nur 3 Gehminuten von der Haltestelle Vinetastraße und eine Station vom Prenzlauer Berg entfernt. Einen Penny-Markt erreichst du in 8 Minuten zu Fuß und einen Lidl in 12 Minuten.
The neighborhood is quiet and the street is not busy, it is mostly parked cars. Only a 3 minute walk from the Vinetastraße station and one station away from Prenzlauer Berg. There is a Penny 8 minutes away by foot and a Lidl 12 minutes away.
Wir suchen eine ordentliche und saubere Person, die mit meiner Mitbewohnerin zusammenlebt, während ich in den Sommerurlaub fahre. Ordnung ist für uns sehr wichtig. Wir vermeiden es auch, Leute nach 22 Uhr vorbeizubringen. Meine Mitbewohnerin macht gerade ihre Ausbildung im Marketing. Sie ist eine nette und freundliche Person und ich bin Software-Ingenieurin und vermiete mein Zimmer für den Sommer unter.
We are looking for a tidy and clean person to live with my roommate while I go on summer holiday. Tidiness is very important for us. We also avoid bringing people over after 10pm. My roommate is doing her Ausbuildung in Marketing. She is a nice and friendly person and I am a Software engineer giving subleasing my room for the summer.
