Our 25m² room is in an old 120m² apartment in Berlin with high ceilings. It has three bedrooms, a Loungeroom, a Kitchen and bathroom, and a balcony. We have a cat called Mai Mai.
Unser 25m² großes Zimmer in einer 120m² großen Altbauwohnung in Berlin hat hohe Decken. Die Wohnung verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer, eine Küche, ein Badezimmer und ein Balkon. Wir haben eine Katze namens Mai Mai.
The house is near buses, trams, and S & U bahn station Pankow. We are also close to the Pankow shopping centre and Schlosspark. Pankow backs onto Prenzlauerberg. It is quieter here, but it is nice to get away from the city stress. It is easy to cycle into town, and it's about 25 minutes to Mitte with public transport. Supermarkets are about 700m away.
Das Haus liegt in der Nähe von Bussen, Straßenbahnen sowie der S- und U-Bahn-Station Pankow. Außerdem sind das Einkaufszentrum Pankow und der Schlosspark in der Nähe. Pankow grenzt an Prenzlauer Berg an. Es ist hier etwas ruhiger, was schön ist, um dem Stadtstress zu entkommen. Man kann gut mit dem Fahrrad in die Stadt fahren, und mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist man in etwa 25 Minuten in Mitte. Supermärkte sind etwa 700 Meter entfernt.
People are busy working and studying, so they are in and out a lot. We have a cat as well, so it's quiet and relaxing, depending on who is in the house. We meet during cooking and eating times and watch movies together if time permits.
Die Mitbewohner sind viel mit Arbeit und Studium beschäftigt, daher sind sie oft unterwegs.
Die meiste Zeit haben wir auch eine Katze im Haus. Es ist also ruhig und entspannt, je nachdem, wer gerade da ist. Wir treffen uns oft beim Kochen und Essen und schauen gelegentlich zusammen Filme, wenn es die Zeit erlaubt.
The apartment only suits people who like cats and keep our four-legged friend company. Winter in Berlin is an exceptional treat. What’s more idyllic than sipping mulled wine, wrapped up in a parka, and seeing a European city decked in Christmas lights? So pretty.
Die Wohnung ist nur für Leute geeignet, die Katzen mögen. Mai Mai freut sich über Aufmerksamkeit und Streicheleinheiten.
Der Winter in Berlin ist zudem ein ganz besonderes Erlebnis. Gibt es etwas Schöneres, als in einen warmen Parka eingekuschelt Glühwein zu trinken und eine europäische Stadt zu erleben, die festlich in Weihnachtslichter gehüllt ist? Die Atmosphäre ist einfach magisch, und Berlin verwandelt sich in dieser Zeit in ein wahres Winterwunderland!
