Das circa 11 qm große Zimmer liegt im 1. Stock und grenzt an das Badezimmer der Wohnung an. Es ist möbliert und bietet auch Raum zur persönlichen Gestaltung, wenn das gewünscht ist. Es hat ein großes Fenster in östlicher Richtung. Die Straße vor dem Haus ist eine Einbahnstraße und wird nur von Anwohnern benutzt, deshalb ist es hier schön ruhig.
The approximately 11 sqm room is located on the 1st floor and adjoins the apartment's bathroom. It is furnished and also offers space for personalization if desired. It has a large east-facing window. The street in front of the house is a one-way street and is only used by residents, so it is nice and quiet here.
In 5 Minuten Fußweg erreicht man die Bushalltestelle, sowie die Tramstation. In weiteren knappen 10 Minuten kommt man an die S+U Station Pankow. Dadurch sind andere Orte Berlins sehr gut zu erreichen.
Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie der Wochenmarkt, Biomarkt, und der Einkaufscenter Pankow mit Kaufland, Aldi und weiteren diversen Geschäften sind in etwa 10 Minuten Entfernung zu Fuß erreichbar, ebenso wie Cafés und Restaurants.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt an dem großen schönen Schlosspark und ist von relativ viel Bäumen umgeben, was die Luft hier viel reiner macht. Die Nachbarn des Hauses sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit und die gesamte Gegend in der das Haus liegt ist friedlich und ruhig.
The bus stop and streetcar station are a 5-minute walk away. The Pankow S+U station is just under 10 minutes away. This makes it very easy to reach other parts of Berlin.
The shopping facilities such as the weekly market, organic market, and the shopping center Pankow with Kaufland, Aldi and other various stores are within walking distance in about 10 minutes, as well as cafes and restaurants.
The apartment is located right next to the large, beautiful Schlosspark and is surrounded by a relatively large number of trees, which makes the air here much cleaner. The neighbors of the house are very nice and helpful and the whole area in which the house is located is peaceful and quiet.
Wir suchen eine ruhige Person zum zusammen leben. Falls du dich, für Themen rund ums Pflanzen, Basteln, Backen, Meditieren und Yoga interessierst, freuen wir uns sehr diese Hobbys zu teilen. Wir mögen keine laute Musik und excessive Partys, aber ein Treffen mit Freunden ist gesund für ein ausgeglichenes Sozialleben.
Am Anfang werden wir nur einen vorübergehenden Aufenthalt für einen Monat organisieren und wenn es gut läuft, können wir darüber sprechen, wie wir es zu einem längeren Aufenthalt ausbauen können.
Wir teilen die Küche, das Bad und das Wohnzimmer mit Balkon. Deshalb ist es uns wichtig, mit einer Person zusammen zu leben, mit der wir gut harmonieren.
We are looking for a quiet person to live with. If you are interested in planting, crafting, baking, meditating and yoga, we are very happy to share these hobbies. We don't like loud music and excessive partying, but meeting up with friends is healthy for a balanced social life.
In the beginning we will only organize a temporary stay for a month and if it goes well, we can talk about how to extend it to a longer stay.
We share the kitchen, bathroom and living room with balcony. That's why it's important for us to live with someone we get on well with.
