The room gets plenty of sunlight until sunset and is situated on an elevated ground floor level. My roommate is a 29-year-old Irish man who is friendly and respects personal space, so we’ve had no issues living together for three years. If any inconvenience arises during your stay, he’s very open to direct communication to resolve things smoothly.
Smoking is allowed if the room is well ventilated.
I have a pet dog, but he’ll be staying with a friend during the sublet period. However, despite my cleaning efforts, some dog hair may still be present, so please be mindful if you have a dog hair allergy.
A deposit of 100 EUR (included in the rent of 450 EUR) is required in advance, and the contract will be drawn up afterward.

Das Zimmer ist sehr sonnig und erhält bis zum Sonnenuntergang viel Tageslicht. Es befindet sich auf einem erhöhten Erdgeschoss. Mein Mitbewohner ist ein 30-jähriger Ire, der freundlich ist und die Privatsphäre respektiert. Wir leben seit drei Jahren ohne Probleme zusammen. Falls während Ihres Aufenthalts Unannehmlichkeiten auftreten, ist er offen für direkte Kommunikation und eine schnelle Lösung.
Rauchen ist erlaubt, sofern gut gelüftet wird.
Ich habe einen Hund, der jedoch während des Zwischenmietzeitraums bei einem Freund sein wird. Trotz gründlicher Reinigung könnte in einigen Ecken noch etwas Hundehaar verbleiben. Bitte beachten Sie dies, falls Sie eine Hundehaarallergie haben.
Eine Kaution in Höhe von 100 EUR (im Mietpreis von 450 EUR enthalten) ist im Voraus zu zahlen, und der Vertrag wird anschließend erstellt.
