Ich biete mein Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete an, da ich nach Vietnam fliege. Das Zimmer ist mit 30 m² wirklich großzügig und bietet dir viel Platz zum Entspannen, Arbeiten oder für kreative Projekte. Es ist hell und freundlich, perfekt für eine Zwischenmiete. Die Wohnung selbst überzeugt durch eine große, gut ausgestattete Wohnküche, in der man wunderbar kochen und chillen kann. Das Internet ist sehr stabil und eignet sich gut fürs Home Office! ;) Außerdem gibt es eine Waschküche im Keller – sehr praktisch für alle, die keine Lust auf ständiges Wäschewaschen in der Wohnung haben.
Ein Highlight ist die riesige Dachterrasse mit einem atemberaubenden Blick – der perfekte Ort, um den Sonnenaufgang oder -untergang zu genießen. Auch der Garten steht zur Verfügung, auch wenn er im Winter nicht viel genutzt wird. Hier kannst du die Tische, Stühle und Liegen bei gutem Wetter nutzen und einfach mal abschalten.

I am offering my room for sublet as I will be in Vietnam. The room is quite spacious with 30 m², giving you plenty of space to relax, work, or engage in creative projects. It’s bright and welcoming, perfect for a sublet. The apartment itself has a large, well-equipped kitchen where you can cook and chill out. The Wii ist strong and goof for working at home! There's also a laundry room in the basement, which is very convenient for anyone who doesn’t want to deal with constant laundry in the apartment.
A highlight is the huge rooftop terrace with an amazing view – the perfect place to enjoy the sunrise or sunset. The garden is also available, though it’s not often used in winter. You can take advantage of the tables, chairs, and loungers when the weather is nice and just unwind.
Period & Costs:
- Sublet period: 01.03 - 30.04. (but I am flexible with the dates)
- Deposit: 300 EUR
- Rent: 600 EUR (all inkls)
Die Wohnung liegt in Pankow Niederschönhausen, einer ruhigen und grünen Gegend. Der botanische Garten und mehrere Parks sind in der Nähe, perfekt für Spaziergänge oder Radtouren. Zum S- und U-Bahnhof Pankow sind es nur 10 Minuten mit dem Rad, und die Straßenbahn M1 bringt dich in ca. 35 Minuten direkt zum Hackeschen Markt. Supermärkte, Drogerien und Ärzte sind ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar. Ein Fahrrad kann bei Bedarf kostenlos ausgeliehen werden. :)

he apartment is located in Pankow Niederschönhausen, a quiet and green area. The botanical garden and several parks are nearby, perfect for walks or bike rides. The Pankow S-Bahn and U-Bahn stations are just 10 minutes by bike, and the M1 tram takes you directly to Hackescher Markt in about 35 minutes. Supermarkets, drugstores, and doctors are also within walking distance. A bike is available for free use if needed. :)
Du würdest mit Julia, meiner Mitbewohnerin, zusammen wohnen. Sie ist 30 Jahre alt, schreibt gerade an ihrer Masterarbeit und liebt es, zu kochen, sich um Pflanzen zu kümmern und viel zu lachen. Ihre zwei Katzen sind sehr gut erzogen und halten sich von Tischen fern ;)
