in unserer sehr gemütlichen 2er-WG wird ein Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete frei (ab sofort bis Ende Mai).
Zur Wohnung:
Die WG ist sehr schön gelegen, direkt am Plänterwald. Also wenn du gerne im Wald/ an der Spree entlang spazieren gehst bist du hier genau richtig.
Angebunden ist die WG an die Buslinien 265 und 165, auch der S-Bahnhof Plänterwald (S9, S8, S85) und Baumschulenweg (S45, S46, S47, S9, S8, S85) ist in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist im 1. OG, es gibt keinen Aufzug.
Ein Supermarkt ist ca. 5 min zu Fuß entfernt, einen leckeren Imbiss gibt es dort auch! Insgesamt ist es in der Wohnsiedlung relativ ruhig.
Zum Zimmer:
Das WG-Zimmer ist eher klein, es gibt dafür aber ein großes Wohnzimmer direkt nebendran. Außerdem wird das WG-Zimmer teilmöbliert vermietet werden. Es sind ein Bett mit Lattenrost, mehrere Regalbretter und eine großzügige Kommode drin. Die Möbelstücke nutzen den Platz im Zimmer ideal aus.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und das Bad (mit Badewanne) ziemlich modern. Ansonsten besticht die Wohnung durch ihr schönes Parkett und einem Balkon der sich ideal zum Sonne tanken eignet.
Sonstiges:
Da die Wohnung zum Ende des Mais gekündigt wird, müssten wir das genaue Auszugsdatum nochmal besprechen. Mehr dazu gerne nochmal persönlich.

a room in our very cozy 2-bed flat share is available for interim rent (from now until the end of May).
About the apartment:
The flat share is in a very nice location, right next to the Plänterwald. So if you like walking in the forest/along the Spree, this is the right place for you.
The flat share is connected to bus lines 265 and 165, and the S-Bahn stations Plänterwald (S9, S8, S85) and Baumschulenweg (S45, S46, S47, S9, S8, S85) are also nearby. The apartment is on the 1st floor, there is no elevator.
A supermarket is about 5 minutes walk away, there is also a delicious snack bar! Overall, it is relatively quiet in the residential area.
About the room:
The shared room is rather small, but there is a large living room right next to it. The room will also be rented partially furnished. There is a bed with slatted frame, several shelves and a large chest of drawers. The furniture makes ideal use of the space in the room.
The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom (with bathtub) is quite modern. Otherwise, the apartment impresses with its beautiful parquet flooring and a balcony that is ideal for soaking up the sun.

Since the apartment will be terminated at the end of May, we would have to discuss the exact move-out date again. More about this in person.
