Das 22qm Altbauzimmer ist sehr geräumig und freundlich mit hoher Decke, Fenstern Richtung Westen und es ist ausgestattet mit Dielen boden. Vom Zimmer aus hat man einen schönen offenen Blick ins Grüne (Ernst-Thälmann Park schräg gegenüber) und über die Greifswalder Straße, d.h. unter dem Fenster wuselt das Leben und rauscht zu Spitzenzeiten auch der Verkehr vorbei. Somit ist das Zimmer, trotz doppelter Schallschutz- bzw. Isolierverglasung, für sehr lärmempfindliche Leute nicht zu empfehlen.
Da die Wohnung insgesamt eine sehr angenehme Größe besitzt, gibt es ausreichend Möglichkeit, sich zurückzuziehen. Genauso gut aber auch, um miteinander Zeit zu verbringen. Es gibt nämlich zudem eine große Einbauküche und ein separates Wohnzimmer.
Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert vermietet, und die Miete (€643,35) versteht sich inklusive aller Nebenkosten (Heizung, Strom, Internet, GEZ/Rundfunkbeitrag).

The 22sqm old building room is very spacious and friendly with a high ceiling, west-facing windows and wooden floor boards. From the room you have a beautiful view of the greenery (Ernst-Thälmann Park diagonally opposite) and over Greifswalder Straße, i.e. life is bustling below the window and at peak times traffic also rushes past. The room is therefore not recommended for people who are very sensitive to noise, despite the double soundproof or insulating glazing.
As the apartment is a very pleasant size overall, there are plenty of opportunities to withdraw. But it is just as good for spending time together. There is also a large fitted kitchen and a separate living room.
The room is rented unfurnished and the rent (€643.35) includes all utilities (heating, electricity, internet, GEZ/broadcasting fee)
Kurzum: Ultraverkehrsgünstig und praktisch.
Unmittelbar vor der Haustür befinden sich die Tramlinien M10 (20 Min. zum HBF, 10 Min zur Warschauer Straße) und M4 (8 Minuten zum Alex, 3 Min. zur S-Bahn). Direkt gegenüber gibt es einen Nahkauf, einen Späti im Haus nebenan, größere Supermärkte, Bäcker, eine Apotheke, diverse Läden, Imbisse, nette Restaurants und Bars sowie der Volkspark Friedrichshain liegen alle in einem Umkreis von ca. 10 Gehminuten (Bötzowkiez).
In short: ultra-convenient and practical for public transport.
The tram lines M10 (20 minutes to the main station, 10 minutes to Warschauer Straße) and M4 (8 minutes to Alex, 3 minutes to the S-Bahn) are right on the doorstep. Directly opposite there is a local supermarket, a Späti in the building next door, larger supermarkets, bakeries, a pharmacy, various stores, snack bars, nice restaurants and bars as well as the Volkspark Friedrichshain are all within a 10-minute walk (Bötzowkiez).
Wir N (50, promovierte Filmwissenschaftlerin), und M (39, Lehrer) sind freundlich tolerant und aufgeschlossen. Gemeinsam beherrschen wir fünf Sprachen, unter uns wird auf Englisch Kommuniziert. Die wildesten Partytage liegen hinter uns, daher geht es eher ruhig und entspannt zu, was geselligen Abenden, Ausgehen und sonstigen gemeinsamen Unternehmungen aber selbstverständlich nicht im Wege steht. Da die Wohnung sehr geräumig ist, kann jede(r) ihr/sein Ding machen und sich auch problemlos zurückziehen. Rücksicht und ein vernünftiges Maß an Sauberkeit sind für uns untereinander selbstverständlich und werden auch genauso von Dir erwartet.
We N (50, PhD in film studies) and M (39, teacher) are friendly, tolerant and open-minded. Together we speak 5 languages and communicate in English. The wildest party days are behind us, so things tend to be quiet and relaxed, which of course doesn't stand in the way of sociable evenings, going out and other joint activities. As the apartment is very spacious, everyone can do their own thing and also retreat without any problems. Consideration and a reasonable level of cleanliness are a matter of course for us and are also expected from you.
Idealerweise würden wir Dich nach ca. vier-sechs Monate als Hauptmieter im Mietvertrag einsetzen.
Um einziehen zu können benötigst Du daher Gehaltsnachweise, Haftflichtversicherung, und Kopie des Personalausweises.
