Hello! We are offering a fully furnished cozy 14m2 room in our beautifully renovated Altbau apartment, completed in 2023. This space is part of a larger 85m² flat located on the third floor, fully equipped for your convenience. The room features a large window that makes the room very bright.
Kollwitzkiez is the heart of Berlin's dynamic scene, offering a mix of trendy bars, diverse international restaurants, and an array of street food options. The apartment is also conveniently close to the beloved Mauerpark, known for its flea markets and vibrant outdoor activities. Despite the lively surroundings, the apartment is on a quiet side street, providing a calm retreat. Also, the tram is just a 3-minute, the U2 a 5-minute and the Ringbahn a 10-minute walk away.
You'll be sharing the apartment with my friend Paul and me. Paul is finishing his Bachelor's in Computer Science and working in Tech from home, while I am a manager in a small tech firm, also working partly from home. We're looking for a flatmate who's interested in a harmonious and friendly living situation, rather than just a functional arrangement. We enjoy a relaxed lifestyle, occasionally working out together, exploring Berlin's nightlife, and would love to have a flatmate who's keen on sometimes joining in.
There is also a deposit of 2000€, SCHUFA (solicitar ahora) is required.
