we have a free room to offer Berlin, Prenzlauer Berg.
We are a kind of studentcommunity house , so this is not a classical WG or sharing house.
There is one bathroom used by only two people on each floor. Each room has to clean the bathroom and hall every two weeks. If they do not clean we have to charge 20€ to pay cleaner .
if three times missing you will be asked to leave the communitey.
We have a community kitchen and eating room for all parties . we also have a common room to hang out . the kitchen is open beetween 7 am and 11pm .
The rent is 600€ per month, plus 300€ deposit, which you get back on the day you move out (if the room is in order an clean). The price includes WIFI , hot water, heating , electric . ( only laundromat)
It is possible to get registration/ Anmeldung if you need, but only if you do unregistration/ Abmeldung when you move out. We are going to need proof of that, or you can not get your deposit back.
