Na super, denn ich vermiete ein Zimmer in meiner Wohnung für 7 Wochen unter. Die Wohnung (Neubau und renoviert) ist super schön gelegen zwischen Prenzlauer Berg und Friedrichshain, nahe des Bötzowviertels. Die Wohnung ist auf jeden Fall super schön, mit schöner Küche, Bad, 2 Schlafzimmern, Wohnzimmer und großem Südbalkon. In dem freien Zimmer steht ein 1,40er Bett + Kommode und Kleiderstange. Im Wohnzimmer steht ein Schlafsofa, auch 1,40m breit, außerdem ein Schreibtisch mit externem Bildschirm. In der Küche sind Spülmaschinen und Waschmaschine am Start. Mit dir zusammen wohnt ggf. eine 2. Person.
Falls du interessiert seid, ist es mir wichtig, dich gut kennenzulernen und ein Vertrauensverhältnis zu entwickeln, bevor du einziehst.
Melde dich gerne mit einem Text zu dir und der Intention für deine Zeit in Berlin. Ich suche verantwortungsvolle, achtsame, reife Personen. Die Miete müsste zudem im Voraus überwiesen werden. Wenn du die Wohnung hauptsächlich als Ort für wilde Feierei und Chaos siehst, ist dies nicht die richtige Anzeige für dich :)!

Fancy a few weeks in Berlin?
Great! I'm subletting a room in my apartment for seven weeks. The apartment (newly built and renovated) is beautifully located between Prenzlauer Berg and Friedrichshain, near the Bötzowviertel. It's a lovely place with a nice kitchen, bathroom, two bedrooms, a living room, and a large south-facing balcony.
The available room has a 1.40m bed, a chest of drawers, and a clothing rack. In the living room, there’s a 1.40m-wide sofa bed, a desk with an external monitor, and plenty of space. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher and washing machine. You might be sharing the apartment with one other person.
If you're interested, it's important to me that we get to know each other well and build a relationship of trust before you move in.
Feel free to send me a message with some information about yourself and your intentions for your stay in Berlin. I'm looking for responsible, mindful, and mature people. Rent must be paid in advance. If you're planning to use the apartment primarily as a place for wild parties and chaos, this is not the right listing for you! :)
