I’m AJ an expat in Berlin and have a room to offer for long term rental.
Anmeldung is unfortunately not possible(I know it sucks!).
Room
The room is airy and filled with light with large windows and has direct access to the balcony. It comes with basic furnishings already so almost ready to move in.
Its approx 25 sqm in size and has a bed table chair cupboards and almirah.
Its on the backside of the apartment so its very quiet and overlooks some greenery.
The Apartment itself is quite big (90sqm)
with a kitchen dishwasher oven etc
A store room
And a lovely bathroom with shower and bathtub.and a big balcony.
The building has an elevator and has quiet calm neighbours.
The location is really perfect on prenzlauer allee. Central and closeby to everything.
Alexanderplatz is 16min walking.
Kollowitzplatz is 10mins walking
John reed gym is 4 mins away
Numerous supermarkets all 5-8mins away
Volkspark friedrishain is 10mins walking
And many bars and restaurants is mitte and prenzlauer berg within walking distance.
There is tram M2 2 mins away for public transport.
You will be shaing the apartment with me
I’m an expat and have been living in Germany for 3 years now. Im Mexican 31 years old working in a tech startup (quantum computing). I work remotely but i travel a lot.
I would say I’m a chill guy and and have grown up and lived in 6 countries so far.
These days im into self growth, yoga, music, foodie, going out etc
During the winter in mostly away so would be great to have someone take care of the plants.
Most important for me is mutual respect and kindness, Clear communication and positive homey vibes in the apartment.

Looking to stay in Berlin atleast 6 months or more. Internationals are welcome but please note no Anmeldung.
Ideally would be great to get along well, chill convos and possibly do something on the weekend together but nothing has to be.
Cleanliness and taking care of the apartment is important but defo not ocd.
The room is available from now onwards. Or possibly end of september. Only for one person, no couples.
Viewings on the evenings are possible this week.
