Looking for a flatmate for a spacious and cozy apartment in Prenzlauer Berg, available from mid-December. Rent is €1100 per person, which includes all utilities.
The apartment is large — 115 sq.m., with 3.5 rooms: your bedroom (circa 12 sqm), my bedroom, a living room combined with a kitchen, and a spacious walk-in closet/storage room. There’s a balcony on one side and a large terrace on the other. The apartment is fully furnished, with all necessary appliances, except for a bed in your room (there's no bed in the photos, but the current tenant has a large one which you can buy from him if you like). There’s also a dishwasher, projector, and stereo system.
In the summer, thanks to the balconies and large windows, there’s a nice cross-breeze, so it never gets too hot. In the winter, the apartment stays warm, and your room will come with its own Dyson air conditioner
The location is great: a quiet spot in Prenzlauer Berg, but with plenty of cafes, bars, and shops nearby. It’s a 10-minute walk to the S-Bahn and about 12 minutes to the U-Bahn. Lidl, Rewe, and Aldi are just around the corner, and Mauerpark is only a few minutes away. Plus, there’s a medical center in the building where you can pop in for an appointment without a booking — super convenient.
In the appartment, each has own bedroom and shares the living / kitchen / balcone / etc.
The apartment has so much stuff that I’m still discovering new things! Just the other day, I found out we have a cast iron pot and a jamón stand. In addition to all the essential appliances — dishwasher, projector, stereo system — we’ve got plenty of books in both German and English. And yes, there’s an elevator, which is a nice perk for a top-floor apartment.
